G. Robert Blakey, the second and final Chief Counsel of the House Select Committee on Assassinations, has passed away. This is Notre Dame's announcement of his death.

Did the CIA deliberately dodge the intent of the JFK Act of 1992? And has NARA avoided its duty to confirm the completeness of the JFK collection? Perhaps because it’s not complete?
