Lawyer for Sirhan Sirhan has accused the panel of bending to the will of California’s governor, who opposes his parole.

Paul Schrade was among those wounded in the slaying of Robert Kennedy in 1968. He recovered and spent the rest of his life convinced Sirhan Sirhan was not RFK's killer. He died at 97 on November 9th.

The attorney representing Sirhan Sirhan says she is appealing the decision to deny the convicted assassin of RFK a parole. James DiEugenio has details.
